1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to MacroCade (macrocade.com), an AI-powered financial intelligence platform that analyzes geopolitical and macroeconomic scenarios and maps their cascading consequences on investment opportunities and market dynamics.

By accessing or using the MacroCade platform, website, APIs, or any associated services (collectively, the “Service”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Financial Disclaimer. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease all use of the Service.

2. Description of the Service

MacroCade is an informational and educational platform that leverages artificial intelligence to generate speculative scenario analyses. The Service examines geopolitical events, macroeconomic trends, and global developments, and produces analytical content regarding their potential cascading effects on financial markets, sectors, and asset classes.

All analyses, reports, and scenario outputs (“AI-Generated Content”) are produced by artificial intelligence systems, including large language models. AI-Generated Content is inherently speculative and probabilistic. The Service is made available for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, trading, legal, or tax advice.

3. Subscription Plans

MacroCade offers the following subscription tiers:

• Public Free — Browse public scenarios. No account required. Limited to 5 impacts per scenario, 5 opportunities per impact. No scenario submission.
• Freemium — Free with registration. Up to 10 impacts per scenario, 10 opportunities per impact. All filters available. No scenario submission.
• Personal — $19/month — Unlimited visibility. Submit up to 3 new scenarios per day (public or private). Access to private scenarios and advanced tools. Personal, non-commercial use only.
• Enterprise — Custom pricing — All Personal features plus API access, team collaboration, and custom scenario submission limits (default: 10/day). Commercial use permitted. Contact enterprise@macrocade.com.

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. All subscriptions renew automatically and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Price changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance.

4. Commercial Use Restrictions

The Freemium and Personal plans are restricted to personal, non-commercial use. Commercial use includes redistribution of content to third parties, integration into commercial products, use in client-facing reports, and professional investment management on behalf of third parties.

Any commercial use requires a valid Enterprise Plan or a separate written commercial license. Unauthorized commercial use constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension or legal action.

5. Intellectual Property

All public scenarios, AI-generated outputs, platform design, interfaces, trademarks, logos, and proprietary methodologies are the exclusive intellectual property of PK - Project Key Solutions S.r.l. or its licensors.

Users are prohibited from:

• Reproducing, distributing, or reselling MacroCade content without a valid commercial license;
• Scraping or using automated means to extract data from the Service;
• Creating derivative works without express written authorization;
• Framing or mirroring any portion of the Service without prior written consent.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. MacroCade DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT IS ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MacroCade’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. MacroCade IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING FINANCIAL LOSSES ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED CONTENT.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rome, Italy (Foro di Roma). EU users retain the right to access out-of-court dispute resolution via the EU ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. MacroCade’s ODR contact: legal@macrocade.com.
